OUR COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

The safety of everyone is our top priority

Feet First has taken strict measures to ensure that our clients will be entering a safe environment adhering to the government guidelines and protocols on its highest level:

  • We ensure constant sanitisation of the used area while avoiding harmful chemicals and materials that may compromise the health of our clients.
  • We sanitise and disinfect all the common surfaces, and common areas of the facility once every hour, such as counters, countertop, doorknobs/handles, light switches, cash counters, POS machines, chairs, hand wash sinks, tools, materials and equipment.
  • Our treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitised every after use. All equipment such as sinks, mixers, stones, oil bottle, cream foot jars, and trays are cleaned and disinfected after each use and between clients as follows:
    • Clean and disinfect the face cradle and bed after each client.
    • Change face cradle after each client.
    • We only use disposable bed covers.
    • All our linen are sanitised by professional launderers and replaced after every use.
    • We use disposable wood sticks while applying creams and scrubs.
    • We spray-sanitise all skincare and oil bottles and products after each treatment.
  • Hand sanitisers are available in every treatment room and throughout our centres.
  • Special and covered disposal bins at store entrance for medical waste such as masks and gloves.
  • Our staff wear masks at all times.
  • Our therapists adhere to a strict handwashing and hand sanitisation routine before and after every client.
